How do I return an item or request a refund?
We want you to love every Woven Littles piece! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that because our products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was a shipping error or damaged. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. An email will be sent to you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
